Host & Producer – Greg Gross
Greg has been a lifelong sports fan since he was able to walk. Originally born in New York, Greg grew up watching and rooting for many teams in the Metro NY area, and his allegiance to the Devils, Giants, and Mets continues to this day. In his youth, Greg played many different sports at a competitive level including hockey, baseball, and basketball. Within the last year he has taken up pickleball, and he has also adopted a love for golf, having played several dozen courses all across Florida and Georgia. In his spare time he is a journalist for several community-based publications with Best Version Media and writes sports articles and publishes stories covering local and student athletes all around South Florida. Greg’s most memorable sports moment was attending Game 7 of the 2004 Stanley Cup Finals to watch the Lightning hoist their first Stanley Cup in person.
Dan O’Brien – Co-Host
Dan was born in Long Island, New York. Dan then moved to St. Augustine, Florida, the nation’s oldest city. Dan’s father was both an usher at old Yankee Stadium and Shea Stadium. He was born into a baseball family and grew up playing all types of sports including baseball, soccer, and basketball. Dan is an avid fan of all sports but especially the Notre Dame Fightin Irish, New York Yankees, and New York Islanders. He’s an avid golfer, having played courses all over the state of Florida, and he’s been to many sporting events and venues all across the nation. On his bucket list is to eventually see and visit every baseball stadium in the U.S., and one day attend the Super Bowl, World Series, and Olympics.
